Service Overview

Sky Internet LLC provides Internet, Voice (Phone Systems), and Cable TV services for businesses in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Nassau County. Our services include coax internet, dedicated fiber internet, hosted PBX (VOIP), premise-based phones, and cable TV solutions.

No Contracts

All internet and voice services are offered without long-term contracts. Customers may cancel Coax Internet services at any time without penalties or fees.

Phone System Returns

Customers who order a desk phone system have 30 days from the start of service to return the desk phones. Once the returned phones are received and verified, the customer account will be credited for the full cost of the returned equipment. Shipping and delivery charges may not be refundable.

Service Use

Customers are responsible for using services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Sky Internet LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of misuse or illegal activity.

Billing and Payment

All service fees, installation charges, and optional equipment costs must be paid according to the payment methods selected at the time of order. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

Liability

Sky Internet LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service, but do not guarantee continuous availability.

Changes to Terms

Sky Internet LLC may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Customers are encouraged to review this page for the latest version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
